Our Team

Behind every note on AKTU Note, there is one person making it happen.

A One-Person Platform

Unlike most educational websites you will come across, AKTU Note is not run by a large team, an ed-tech company, or a university department. It is built and maintained entirely by one person — Abhishek Dayal, the founder and sole operator of this platform.

From content research and writing to website development, SEO, social media management, and student engagement — every aspect of AKTU Note is handled by Abhishek. This is a deliberate choice, not a limitation. It means every article reflects a consistent standard of quality, every update is personally reviewed, and every student query gets genuine attention.

Abhishek Dayal — Founder, Author & Editor

Role: Founder, Content Creator, Editor, SEO Specialist, and Website Manager

Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering | MBA in Operations and Marketing

Professional Background: Several years of experience in the corporate sector with deep expertise in SEO, digital marketing, and educational content development.

What he does at AKTU Note:

Abhishek is responsible for everything that happens on this platform. His day-to-day responsibilities include researching topics based on the official AKTU syllabus for MBA and BBA programmes (KMBN and BMB series), writing and structuring study notes that are aligned with university examination requirements, reviewing and fact-checking all content — including AI-assisted drafts — before publication, updating existing articles whenever AKTU revises its syllabus, managing the website’s technical infrastructure, hosting, and performance, executing SEO strategy to ensure students can find the notes they need through search engines, engaging with the student community across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and YouTube), and responding to student queries, feedback, and correction reports.

His philosophy: “Education Should Never Be a Burden. If a student needs notes to prepare for an exam, the only thing standing between them and those notes should be a search bar — not a paywall.”

How Quality Is Maintained With a Solo Team

Running a platform alone comes with a natural question: how do you maintain quality without a team of editors and reviewers? Here is how Abhishek approaches it:

Structured editorial process. Every article follows a defined workflow — syllabus mapping, source verification against standard textbooks, drafting, human review, and fact-checking — before it is published. This process is documented in detail on the Publishing Principles page.

AI as a tool, not a replacement. AI writing tools are used to generate initial drafts and improve production speed, but no AI-generated content goes live without Abhishek’s personal review and editing. He checks for factual accuracy, syllabus alignment, clarity, and the removal of generic or misleading information.

Community-assisted accuracy. Students who use the notes are encouraged to report errors through the Contact Us page. Every correction report is reviewed and addressed promptly. Significant changes are noted within the article so returning readers are aware of updates. The full process is outlined on the Corrections Policy page.

Continuous syllabus tracking. When AKTU announces syllabus revisions, Abhishek reviews and updates the affected content to ensure students are always working with current material.

Why There Is No Bigger Team (Yet)

AKTU Note was started as a passion project and continues to operate as one. It is funded through Google AdSense revenue, which covers hosting and operational costs. There is no external funding, no venture capital, and no institutional backing.

As the platform grows and the demand for content increases, the possibility of expanding the team remains open. But for now, every note you read on AKTU Note carries one person’s commitment to getting it right — and that person is Abhishek.

Want to Contribute?

While AKTU Note is a one-person operation today, the door is always open for collaboration. If you are a student, educator, or subject-matter expert who wants to contribute, you can explore opportunities through the Guest Post and Write For Us pages.
