Founder, Author & Editor of AKTU Note.com - Abhishek Dayal

Hello! I’m Abhishek Dayal — the founder, sole author, and editor of everything you read on AKTU Note. If you have ever used a note from this platform to prepare for an exam, revise a concept, or get through a tough semester, it was written, reviewed, and published by me. There is no editorial board, no content team, and no ghostwriters — just one person with a clear purpose: making quality study materials available to every AKTU student, completely free.

My Academic & Professional Background

My journey started with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, where I developed a discipline for structured thinking, problem-solving, and breaking complex ideas into understandable parts — a skill that now directly shapes how I write study notes.

I then pursued an MBA specialising in Operations and Marketing. This gave me a deep understanding of management subjects from the inside — not just as theory to be memorised, but as frameworks that actually drive business decisions. When I write notes on topics like supply chain management, consumer behaviour, marketing strategy, or organisational change, I write from the perspective of someone who has studied these subjects academically and applied them professionally.

After completing my MBA, I spent several years working in the corporate sector as an SEO Specialist and Digital Marketing professional. This experience taught me how content is discovered online, what makes information genuinely useful versus filler, and how to build a platform that serves its audience rather than just chasing search rankings. It is this combination — academic depth, professional application, and content expertise — that forms the foundation of everything published on AKTU Note.

What I Do at AKTU Note

I handle every aspect of this platform personally. My responsibilities include:

Content creation and research. I map every article to the official AKTU syllabus — covering both the KMBN and BMB series — and draw source material from standard MBA textbooks, university-prescribed reading lists, and established academic references. No topic is published unless it can be grounded in credible material.

Writing and editing. I use AI writing tools as a drafting aid to improve speed and ensure consistent coverage across subject modules. However, every draft is personally reviewed and edited by me before publication. I check for factual accuracy against the syllabus, alignment with the relevant subject module and examination requirements, clarity for students at different preparation levels, and removal of any generic, misleading, or unhelpful information. The final published version is always my responsibility, not the output of any automated system.

Fact-checking and quality control. Before an article goes live, its key claims are cross-checked against multiple academic sources. I take this seriously because a wrong explanation in a study note can directly cost a student marks — and no amount of convenience justifies that risk.

Syllabus tracking and updates. The AKTU syllabus is revised periodically. When changes are announced, I review and update the affected articles so that students are always working with current, exam-relevant material.

Corrections. If a reader spots an error — whether factual, structural, or typographical — I correct it promptly. Where the change is significant, I add a note within the article so returning readers know what has been updated. The full process is documented on the Corrections Policy page.

Why I Write These Notes

The honest answer is that I remember what it felt like to be a student searching for reliable study material and not finding it — or finding it locked behind a paywall. Good notes shouldn’t be a luxury. They should be as easy to access as opening a browser and searching for the topic.

AKTU Note exists because I believe Education Should Never Be a Burden. I built this platform to be the resource I wished I had during my own academic years — a single, dependable place where students of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow can find well-structured, syllabus-aligned notes for MBA, BBA, and related programmes without spending a single rupee.

This is not a commercial venture backed by investors or institutions. It is a personal initiative, funded through Google AdSense revenue that covers hosting and operational costs. There are no premium plans, no locked content, and no hidden charges. Every note on this platform is free, and it will stay that way.

My Editorial Standards

I hold myself to a set of principles that guide every piece of content I publish. You can read them in full on the Publishing Principles page, but here is the summary:

I only publish content that is grounded in credible academic sources. I do not publish topics I cannot verify or explain correctly. AI tools assist with drafting, but I personally review and take responsibility for every published article. I update content when the syllabus changes and correct errors when they are identified. I am transparent about the fact that AKTU Note is an independent platform — it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.

Being a solo author means I cannot cover every topic overnight, but it also means every article that does go live has been through my hands, my judgement, and my commitment to getting it right.
